We had 3 tab shingles on our home. The recent storm caused some wind damage and we were missing shingles. Our insurance paid out so we were able to get a new roof for just the cost of our deductible. Modern Roof put a new laminated shingle roof on. We upgraded to a Class 4 shingle for not much more money out of pocket. It looks great.
