I had good experience with this company in the past. I ordered a packaging service of 1-80 for 243 bucks. Everything seemed to flow smoothly until around level 68. I had received an email saying I was abusing warcraft economy and got a 72 hour ban. I found out my very high end gear raiding death night, had been stripped to nothing. Most likely all the gold was sold. I had around 10k on there.

I contacted customer support who said the issue must be on my end, that they were in the business for 5 years. I can't ignore their rep but at same time, I have been hacked once in the past several years, the odd I would be banned and have my account stripped while they were in control of my account.
