I bought furniture from Mokki Furniture for Kids in June. I picked it up the furniture. When pickign it up, the MD of the company, Ken Lewis, told me that the headset was damaged & he could give me a discount. I told him i had paid for everything in cash and wanted goods in good condition & wasnt interested in his discount. He promised to deliver the headset within 3 weeks. That was last time i ever heard from them. I called the store where i had bought the furniture (Pretoria). I spoke to Nikki who promised to call me back. She never did and a week later i called again. Themba, the man who had sold me the furniture said he would also get back to me. He never did. I called him yet again & it took me almost 2 hours to get through. When the phone finally rang, he was rude & said it wasnt his fault, i should have followed up with the MD & not him. He promised to call me back on the saturday & he never did till i called the store & spoke to the MD. The bed was finally delivered at 8pm but there were parts which were missing. Noone bothered 2 get back to me till i called Ken again. He promsied to call me and i am still waiting for him to call me back. Their service stinks...
