I tried to reach this company by both their customer service phone number (281-356-1400) and their office number (281-356-9939) without success due to either no answers and then to a recording that the number was disconnected.

That sent up a red flag, so went to my bank to have any further electronic check that they may have intended to collect, stopped. Then, I went to their email address and found more people had experienced the same thing and were 'ripped off' by them.

I obtained this product through a survey, advertising it, but cannot remember the name of the survey. So, buyers, beware!
