I moved from a 2 bedroom apartment, and had everything packed and in order. Company unassembled a King size bed, and did not reassembled when I arrived to new location. I went back to old residence, and all the screws to my furniture was left on the floor and other items not moved. I had someone overseeing the move, but everything was visable and should not have been left. I call back to the company and sent an email to asked them to complete the bed, no response. Now I have to pay someone to put the bed in order. In addition, they are very slow, and the crew needs to make sure you have right man power to move (young). It should only have been a 2 hour move that took a very long time, and they were not equipted to handle. I believe they can handle small moves, but you must make sure they assembled all furniture back as they found, or their follow-up will never occur. This was Bad Customer Services and not good for a business.
