Sub: Maturity Repayment of my Money Back Policy amount

062608926)started from 28-02-86 as per my bond issued from LIC of India.

Sir As per your bond the opening date mentioning is 28/02/1986 and the
bond Expiry date showing 28/02/2006. I am paying the amount quterly
without fail. But till today I didn't get any information from your LIC.

When I contact the branch manger of Koramangala they found that, in their
computer its showing the date of commencemet of my policy is 28/02/96
wrongly. They said that to give a letter to rectify this problem.

As per them i lodged complaint about this matter at Koramangala Branch but even after one month also i didn't get any information and the refund amound till today I enclosed the copy of bond with the complaint

I request you kindly solve this problem immediately and make arrangement to repay the
entire amount what i paid till today including of bonus and other benefits.
