they are trying to make me pay for a loan I never asked for or got.
I recieved a phone call today from a person with a heavy indian accent ( hindu, iraq, something of that sort ) claiming that I owe money from a loan from 2008. First of all I never requested for a online cash advance. The scary part is they had the last 4 numbers of my ss # and demanded I give the my credit card number or bank account number to pay the loan amount plus interest .When I asked for the account number to where the funds were deposited, he could not. He said his name Henry Scott...LOL. He than gave me the option of paying by using a money gram, the address was in San jose, however he called it San josie cali and did not know the zip code...hhhmmmmm... I also asked for the direct phone number for the company that hired them to try to collect this so called dedt, He ( henry scott) did not know or would not give that to me strange. I a company like this calls you Please call the police, F.B.I ., BBB to report this type of scam thank you.

Cash Advance loan never taken
A man named Jack Austin with a heavy Indian accent, called me telling me i owe a Money Cash Advance Company $500.00 and if i don't pay it they will present the papers to the court and the police will come arrest me on exactly Monday at noon. When I asked this man to give all the details of the loan, like when I supposetly took it out he answered vaguely around june of 2010. He said he had my SS#, What bank I deal with and my account #. When I asked him to provide this information he only stated my account # last four digits and the last four of my social. I told him to hold on so I can investigate with my bank, and that is when he got nasty and started to threaten me and curse. I told him he was a fraud and if he called me again I will have the cops on him before he could even say hello. By the way his phone # is 202-525-7909 name Jack Austin LOL... Oh by the way I checked with my bank and there was no loan on the date he gave me or any other date. I never took a cash advance loan in my life. The goverment should do something to these vermin to leave honest hardworking people alone.
