I recieved my total paycard with a balance of $340.14 on it. I withdrew $300 at wal-mart atm, and it gave me a reciept of only $9.59. So where did my other $31.51 go . That is my complaint and I want my money back. Any info please contact Valarie Gibson at 615-631-7660 Thank you.
