On Oct 29 2010 after conducting business on my pc, using information provided at that time I was offered a line of credit for $2500 amount, at that time I declined. Thought that was the end until November 2nd, while checking my account on line and discovered the amount of 99.95 had been withdrawn from my banking account. I was given their phone number and talked to customer service, and was told that my funds would be retured in 10 days. I expressed my dissatisfaction because this is causing a hardship and I have not received anything for my money, what am I paying for ?
