Matthew Jay Cohick's Monster Mowers home clean up services out of Lancaster, California was hired by Field Asset Services in Texas as part of a giant scam to illegally evict people whose homes have been foreclosed upon. They all work for banks like IndyMac and Deutsche. In one incident Monster Mowers employees threatened and assaulted a woman when they trespassed onto her property after the landlord was allegedly foreclosed on. They showed up on the banks orders to break into the home and steal everything the people who were living there had.

Field Asset Services has been sued multiple times along with its partner Deutsche.
