On Feb 20, 2014 I placed an order on line. My mistake. I choose 7 - 10 days shipping. When the 8th day arrived, I check my order on line to find where it was in transit. However what I found -- it had not even been shipped. When I emailed I got a response from someone by the name of Alex - who said - the other isn't even late and nothing is wrong with the order --- My first thought was ... well since I don't have it... I'd say there is a problem. Alex could not even tell when I could expect my order. He said it wasn't late... Well since there is no delivery on Sunday and Monday it would be a day late .... and since my products had not even been sent -- there was absolutely no way I would get them by Monday.... but I will say this... they were very quick to TAKE my money -- No delays there.
