I purchased a set of irons for $599 plus tax totaling $643.93. They guaranteed a 60 day money-back free trail. I returned the clubs on 13th August. I paid for the shipping and tracked the return. I was issued a Return Authorization number. I have been in contact with the company for over a year now. They have promised a refund month after month. They seldom can be reached by telephone. If you are lucky enough to get a call answered, the operator immediately patches you through to a full voicemail box upon hearing that you want a refund. The company continues to travel around the country cheating customers. At one point I even agreed to accept the clubs in lieu of refund thinking I might be able to sell them for at least part of my lost money. They didn't even send me the clubs. I'm out over $650 for a year and the company is still in business stealing from more people.
