I ordered a Montel Williams Health Master yesterday and I clicked on the button that makes you pay installments instead of the whole machine in one payment. I wake up today and they charged my card for the whole amount. I call three different people they all tell me that in order for me to have them change the way I would pay for the machine I would have to return the machine and re-order another one for them to do the installments. that's the stupidest thing in the world. Now all I am going to do is return it and never order from this website or company again. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DUMB CUSTOMER SERVICE. I guess what do you expect from morons who get paid $8/hour to answer phones.
