i purchased a living well healthmaster for my mother after watching there add on tv. we received it and it was very impressive untill it started leaking around the seal under the blade area. we call the 800 number and on 2-1-10 they were suppose to send us a prepaid shipping label within a couple days. never received it. called again, still nothing. call again and told them we just wanted to have the healthmaster replaced with another one because we really like the product untill it started leaking. we sent it back ourselves tracking# 1Z8326300354654653 and checked to make sure it was received. we have still not gotten any new product.
