I brougth a healthmaster in 05/15/10 and 05/29/10 I stated having problem with the blender, it leaked oil from the base and smoke came from unit, and it also would freeze up you would have to repeatly press the reset button!. I called customer service and received an return lable.I mailed the blender back to the returns department.I called 07/20/10 about my refund and found out they had just shipped another unit and debited my bank account even thouth the Rep. said it stated not to send another blender. But to refund after return of property. Now I have to wait a month for me to receive blender and another to return it back.This seeems like a game is being played so they dont have to refund my monies.
