My son had a month-to-month lease for a trombone for school through local music store. The lease was with National Music Funding. After two years and payments on a month-to-month lease totaling close to $600, we returned the instrument and yet still receive bills from Monterrey Financial and their request for another $600! I pulled my copy of the lease and requested their explanation of how they came up with the additional monies owed. The clerk stated it was for a broken lease! I asked how could it be a broken lease for a month-to-month contract to which she had no explanation, only that we owe that amount. This company is fraudulently adding charges to this little account and I cannot imagine their actions for other services. BUYER BEWARE!
