Montgomery County Bar Association is a local chamber of commerce. A group of lawyers work togther to protect their own interests in trade and only their own interests in trade. They came up with the so-called Fee Dispute Committee. The purpose of thsi Committee is to resolve fee disputes between lawyers and their clients. Guess what? It is all fraud. They pretend as if they do something for the clients. They will find any fee fair and reasonable ( Of course, the more the better) although it is obvious that the fee collected by a lawyer is extremely excessive and inappropriate. Do not buy anything these people tell you. They are dishonest.
