Insurance claims not submitted accordingly, client/patients payment exceed insurance fee scale. Had procedure done 2009 in office and then informed recently that it was not dental procedure. I don't understand the referring doctor said it had to be done by the dentist since it was part of the mouth. The dental visit was supposed to be submitted to the DENTAL insurance and the other procedure to secondary insurance and they did not. Our insurance has changed and it is presently taking back claims from 2009 to the present and I have confirmed this with the present insurance carrier. Now guess what I'm being sued... Have not been able to communicate with Dr. does not return calls. HELP DOCTOR PLEASE REPLY NEED TO SPEAK TO YOU NOT THE STAFF.
