I decided to take my wife, daughter (who is 5), mother-in-law and her son (who is 8) to watch Rango at the Morehead Cinemas March 5th. The first weekend it came out.

We get to the counter, purchase our tickets and concessions, walk into the theatre and their isn't even 5 seats empty! Forget thinking about having 5 seats together!

I go back to the counter to tell them what is going on and they are still selling tickets to Rango!!!

I ask for a refund because we didn't want to watch anything else and they shouldn't have been selling tickets if they didn't have anywhere to sit the customers and all they told me is that they can change my ticket to something else but they can't issue refunds.

So instead of watching Rango we ended up watching Gnomeo and Juliet which was not worth the money!

DON'T SELL THE TICKETS IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE SEATS! I would think they would have a counter or something that would let them know when they we're getting close to being sold out and etc.
