This company's representative claimed to be an attorney and he is not. We saitisfied a $7, 000 debt of a tenant with this company as of April 2008 and as of today, July 22, 2009 they have failed to pay the mechanical contractor. They have been contacted by both myself and the contractor but have not admitted they ever received payment. I have requested cancelled checks and contacted an attorney to force them to pay the contractor and have their lien released so I may proceed with the sale of this property. I should not have to force a company to carry out their business in a legal manner.
