My husband bought a 2000 Ford F-150 about 3yrs ago and the truck caught on fire in July 2008 and Morristown Ford was to fix the truck they had the truck 5 weeks. We got the truck back on August 11th and the truck caught on fire again August 15th. The insurance company paid $5, 000.00 to fix the truck and Morristown Ford never could tell us why the truck caught on fire the first time. My husband could have died and no one at Morristown Ford cannot understand that I think they are responsible. We have purchased 5 vehicales from Morristown Ford and the way we have been treated over this and we can't get a response from the General Manager- I will never go there again to buy a vehicale. I feel like Ford owes us a vehicale and our $500.00 deductible back. There are several recalls on ford f-150 but not my husbands truck or so they say. I am very upset by this and I want someone to take action.
