I paid Mortgage Shield $200 to see if they could negotiate a lower payment for me from my mortgage lender. They said they offered a money-back guarantee. Four months later, they told me that they could not modify the loan - but did not give me my money back. I sure didn't need to lose $200 and 4 months of time. Beware!!
