I saw a link to a free download ringtone, so I followed the link to a webpage, where I was asked to enter my cell phone number. I did accordingly. Then I got the page about how much it costs to download a ringtone. At that point, I learned that the so called "free ringtone" is only a teaser to get my money, so I didn't download anything, and left that webpage right away.
When I received my cell phone bill, there is a third party charge of $13. I phoned my cell phone provider Roger and the rep said I have to phone that company for a refund and ask to delete my account. Otherwise, there will be more expensive charges to come. She said that many customers have phoned Roger for the same reason. When I phoned Motime, they cancel my account as I have request, but refused to credit the $13.
This company is a real scam.
