I had financed motor cycle hero honda hunk with city financial. All the EMI`s have been paid up to feb6-2010 with loan reference number 14504740. I have visited the concerned city financial outlet for NOC at Chandigarh for 3-4 times but I didn't get any positive response from the concerned persons employed with city financial and they are not issuing me NOC since I had paid all the installments.
