I have purchased a Motorizer Z3 from Quilion Radio Service, Pattom, Trivandrum on 21st April 2007. The Handset is defective as it not closing correctly with the battery & the not properly recharged. When approached the salesman who executed the sale was convinced & was ready to replace the Handset. Another salesman interfered & prevented the replacement.

He wanted me to wait for four days, so that he will be convinced of the defectiveness & may replace the handset. I am afraid my Rs.9990/- has no value & a customer spending large amount of money on a Motorola Handset is fool in the eyes of this Retailer
