Recently I ordered items from this company. A day later I e-mailed a request for the expected delivery date as I had paid for expedited shipping. Only after several requests was the simple information forthcoming. In the meantime, however, the motts after hours customer service sent out harassing e-mails, casting personal aspersions about me all the while demanding information! Presently I feel threatened for my personal safety as the company has my personal information.
