Moulin opened its doors in September 2014 with the mission of making guests feel as if they have been transported to France. With an emphasis on authenticity, everything from the food and drink to the décor and ambiance is just the way you will find it anywhere in France. In fact, only two accommodations were made to fit the American lifestyle: serving coffee to go and offering phone-in orders for pick up. Moulin is filled with the smells of fresh-baked artisan breads and viennoiserie, the sound of people speaking French, the sight of organic rotisserie chicken rotating as they slow-cook to perfection, the taste of a wine that triggers memories of a Paris vacation, and the touch of pastry cream as you lick your lips after enjoying a delicate pastry. Delivering all of these pleasures and more, Moulin is committed to delivering an authentic French experience for all the senses.
