I recently had a routine doctor checkup that I needed for school with my doctor and Mountainstar Clinical Laboratories was the lab that did the lab work. MCLS is a total ripoff. First it took me forever to figure out what the bill was from as they didn't answer the phone half the time. When MCLS finally answered and I figured out what the bill was for I called my doctor back. He said they were charging me way more than it should have been and to call them back. I did and they would not budget on the fees hardly. If you are a doctor thinking about using a new lab and are considering using Mountainstar Clinical Labs DO NOT USE them unless you want to have a lot of angry patients because they get overcharged for simple lab work and have to wait on hold forever to even get any information from them.
