So for what reason is the Armory not a thing in https://www.mmobc.com/wow-classic-gold? It appears to be that, while the innovation is available to execute it, Blizzard has concluded that it would prefer to protect the vibe of the first game and forget about it. From the WoW Classic FAQ:

"In the event that you needed to find out about a player's stuff before you welcomed them to your gathering, you needed to meet them on the planet and actually investigate them (and you were unable to examine players of the contrary group until 2.4). You were unable to see their spec or ability constructs when you assessed them, all things considered https://www.mmobc.com. To keep up that equivalent dynamic, we will not have an Armory or profile pages for WoW Classic at dispatch."
