Their feeder bind up from feed dust that the unit dispenses and unit has to be taken apart every time you filled unit up.

company want you to send unit back form to check and customer service want listed about problem.

I started trying to contact them Sept 2010 and they final answered in Feb 2011.

but customer service wouldn't help and they where rude and offer not solution only to return unit to them.

why return unit when only thing needed is clean unit, but cleaning every time you fill it is nuisance. their people want dicuss any options how to repair unit.
