With 16+ years of fitness instructing experience, Emma brings energy, passion and a deep understanding of body awareness to every class. Her teaching style focuses on explaining the technical merits of the practice in a way that everybody can understand, while providing modifications for all fitness levels and making sure that classes are fun, but challenging.
