Warning!! This Company operates on a "Bait and Switch" method. I unknowingly accepted a Household moving bid (Ca. to Ga.) from an agent of this company (not disclosed until I had paid a $1000 deposit on U-ship.com). I initially submitted an inventory of all items to be loaded by myself for shipping. After they got my deposit, the agent and Movex changed the entire bid to a per foot agreement and assured me all my inventory would still ship in this amount of space as indicated by their logistics department. I had to make a payment of $3651 before the truck would arrive ( I learned this the day before the scheduled move date). Of course when loaded onto the truck the inventory went beyond the space Movex (the Professionals) had confirmed. I refused to pay the overage of foot space and they threatened to ship my goods to some storage facility and charge even more until I paid. After talking to Movex operations manager (MOlly Vox), she evidently could not hold my goods for ransome and relented to deliver my household items. But I later found three unauthorized seperate charges on my bank account for a total of $1500.00 and the bank refused to reverse the charges. So I got RIPPED OFF!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH "MOVEX OR STRAIGHT ARROW MOVERS" BOTH OPERATE ON "BAIT/SWITCH" UNETHICAL!
