Total rip-off. Very unprofessional. I got a quote by the exact number of boxes and items that I had and AFTER they picked them up...they told me that I owed DOUBLE and they would NOT ship or move it out of Georgia until I paid 1/2 of the NEW DOUBLED price..which I did. THREE weeks later they arrived...late..and I have LOT of items missing, my new bed frame is full of deep scratches and now I can't even get in touch with anyone to file a claim.
They tried to give me two vacuum cleaners and a glass table that was not mine. The stuff in the truck was just piled on top of everything..basically just thrown in and shoved toward the back of the truck.
All I want is to get my things back and now I can't even file a claim. The claim company they have listed on the website called today and said that they no longer handled Moving1. So where do I stand now?
If anyone has any information on what to do at this point, please let me know. STAY AWAY from the company!!! TOTAL SHAM ARTISTS
