I purchased what I thought was a complete background report on my sons biological father on 6/15/2009. I was told by email it may take a few days and now, June 7, 2009. I am $59.99 short and no report was ever recieved. I have sent numerous emails to the company and they are returned with "message undeliverable". How can I get what I have ordered or at the least my money returned?
