I recently purchased a coffee maker (Mr. Coffee). First of all I like that this is the first coffee maker that keeps the coffee HOT! However, there is a design flaw in the carafe portion. The pour spout is curved downward, which makes it impossible to either fill the tank or pour a cup of coffee without spills. If the pour spout was not curved downward this would not happen.
