I Ms. Erica) sign up June 1, 2008 last year. I went into planet fitness to speak to the manager Mr. Guthrie. he was very unprofessional in his line of work. He didn't try to assist me in any way. I went to closed out my membership since my one year was up. He instructed that I had a balance of $ 68.00 dollars. He said it was for the annual fees of the membership. When i signed up last year i paid 53.00 to the sale clerk instructed that the money I was paying was the one time annual fee. I very pissed off and dissatified a customer who always paid the bill on time. except for May I owe a balance of $19.00 plus $10.00. i"m disputing the $39.00 for the annual fee that I thought I already paid. That planet fitness has poor customer service with unexperience staff. They mislead me into my contract. Please someone look into this situation its URGENT!!
