Mr. Halliday had entered a forced mediation without any clue as to what the plaintiff was arguing. He tried to extend the mediation because his client refused to be served and he had not performed any "due diligence". He is so clueless that his response to the plaintiff actually supported their argument!!! He also used property as settlement that did not belong to his client and the property owners did not give him power of attorney. I can only recommend this attorney to people I do not like and I am not sure how he got licensed in the State of Florida. Definitely not the cream of the crop with this one!!
