Mr. Owl stated that it would take only 3 licks to get to the Tootsie Roll center of a Tootsie Pop. It is a blatant lie. It took me 288 licks to get to the center of the one I purchased on 6-12-11. Because I had to take 285 more licks than I had accounted for, I was late for work and got fired. I am thinking about filing a lawsuit against Mr. Owl for malpractice.
