install a water heater for us and the inspector told me that we didnt need any of the extra stuff that the plumber told me we had to be installed. They charged me another 700 on top of the cost of installing the water heater and it had to bwe done or he could not finish the installation. The city said they do that all the time to the old. This is Elder Abuse and I am also going to contact the state. I told my son and he was set to go there and talk to the owner but I told him it would not do any good since I have tried to call them and they will not return my calls.
