Had tile installed on bathroom floor. After Some tiles became cracked and floor had soft spots. Called Mr.Handyman, they sent out a rep who gave an estimate of repairs of $3000.00 Insurance estimate was $2700.00 with $500. deductible.

License plumber vcame out said toilet had not been replaced properly by Handyman. Wax ring was not properly re-installed, and toilet was not even bolted down. Piece of wood was wedged in to keep steady. Asked Mr.Handyman to reimburse for $500. 00 deductible, $265.00 plumber, and $263.00 hotel stay. They have not responded.
