I can't believe I had to pay $325 to have a replacement flapper installed in two toilets, a new sprinkler head screwed onto a pipe, and small connect screwed on between two hoses for an automatic pool filler. Actual work time was maybe 30 minutes. Technician had to go to Loews for parts while the clock was ticking on my service call, even though he had a pretty good idea of what was needed before he arrived. He charged me $80 for parts that could not have possibly cost more than $15, an unbelievable $180 for his "labor" (and I use that term very loosely), PLUS $55 as a 'trip charge. Unbelievable overpricing. I would have been better off hiring the most expensive plumber in town. I'm a woman living alone and feel I was very much taken advantage of. BEWARE!
