Downloaded Fat Burning Furnace £30.86 and Blowtorch session £23.15 on 7th March 2011 ref no's 8R7DRMEF AND 8R7DRYE5. Download was illegible and I submitted a ticket for a refund, but only had confirmation of a refund for the £30.86 and then tried to submit a ticket for the £23.15. I did not receive the confirmed refund and got no response to the second ticket. As the goods purchased were not received, I would like a refund of both tickets please total £54.01
