It is to inform that I have booked a gas cylinder ( consumer no. 43 ) on 24.01.2011 after 15 days from the receipt of last cylinder.Today is almost 25 to 26 days from the date of booking and till date I have not received the cylinder as it is almost 40 days gone. On asking them over phone or by query at their counter they assure that you will get the same within 2 days. When they failed to deliver the same they remarks that there is a strike in the bottling plant and it is almost a recurring process not only for me but also to all customers. I think that a proper guidance should be to the customer regarding the Booking as well as the Deliveryso that the customer may not be misguided by the Gas Agency.
