I contacted IMC Financial about helping me getting my home refinanced..I was told that they could get me a lower rate and make my payments much lower than what I had with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage..I waited for over 3 weeks for a return call..I phoned them and left numerous messages and no return calls at all..I emailed Mr. Bushee, supposedly the manager, and he sent me an email the very next day and said that I would be hearing from someone within the next day or two..It has been over a week now and no answer and no return calls..I have three relatives that supposedly has involvements with this company and I am going to tell them the truth about this company..I wouldn't treat my customers this way...Hope this complaint gets to someone in time to save them some time and money...
