Dial up internet connection provided for my (formally WEB TV) cannot get connected for days and nights continually, 24 to sometimes 48 hours with no explanation from MSN tech support. It is as the dial up system just shuts down for no reason. Has anyone else experienced this faulty service and filed a formal complaint with the Ca. Attorney General?
