Hi my name is Crystal and I would like to complain about the rodent problem in brooklyn subways. I find it very overwhelming, and think if NYC wants to raise the subway fare, the people at least deserve a safe and clean subway station. Subway stations in Brooklyn are full of rodents and a CHANGE needs to be made. Thanks,
