My girlfriend and I Contracted MTF Relocation to move our belongings from CA to TX. We agreed on a total moving price of $901. At the time of pick up, we paid 70%, which was $631. We owed the remaing $270. When they arrived in San Antonio, TX, they demanded a new price of $1701.17, based on "additional charges". They refused to give us our belongings until it was paid. We did not possess that much money therefore, the driver took our things back to San Jose, CA. As of now our stuff is in a storage at an undisclosed location, and we have one week to miraculously come up with this balance. If we do not pay by January 1, 2010, or things will be auctioned off. None is this was ever explained to us before they loaded our things in the truck. We have been tricked and I feel helpless.
