I am R.K. Sayed consumer of Bharat Gas “Mukta Gas agency” my Consumer number is 5543915 and for 4 years I have been harassing by Mukta Gas agency. Whenever I book my cylinder on Phoned they say after one week you will get the cylinder but when I phone to them to reminding my cylinder they says your cylinder was not booked and you will have to book it again then they take my booking again. On 12th October I book my cylinder they said after one week your will get the delivery and on 18th October when I phoned them to remind my booking they said your booking is not there in record and you will have to book it again then on 18th October they book my cylinder again any my booking member is 337, and now today it is 25 October they still told me to wait 3 to 4 days. Now my second cylinder is going to over.
