I spent £200 on a Mulberry bag from this website. The bag was delivered late and turned out to be faulty.
I have spent the last 4 months emailing them and leaving requests on their webpage but they continually ignore me.

This website provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I would recommend that people STAY AWAY!
They have STOLEN £200 of my money.
