Hello,
the last Nov 26 / 2007, I bought an english system on the web (ASSIMIL for Spanish speakers) on the web site: www.multilingualbooks.com, and the system sent me a confirmation of my purchase and I still waiting for the package.
I sent them at least 4 e-mails asking about my order, and more than one employees said me that it was a mistake in my order, that they appologize about the incident but I still waiting for the package and the money gone on!!!.
I contacted more than once the phone number in the page (206) 708-6948 and they always say me the same stupid thing about the order, but the thing is that I paied and they get my money and never sent me my order.
If anybody has a similar experience, please I will appreciate any help with this topic.
